Botox®/Dysport®

Facelift Procedures

Botox® and Dysport® are good options for patients looking to address wrinkles on the upper portion of the face or forehead without surgery. Hyaluronic fillers are better suited for patients with lines and wrinkles on the mid-to-lower face. Patients with a variety of concerns throughout the face might want to consider facelift surgery for an optimal outcome. What Results Will I See After Facial Wrinkles Treatment?

Initial results can be seen immediately with hyaluronic fillers, in about 1-2 weeks after Botox® and Dysport®, and within 1-2 weeks following facelift surgery. Facelifts provide the most dramatic results taking upwards of 10-15 years off your facial appearance. However, a liquid facelift can help many men and women get the results they want for several months to several years.

Dr. Karolak performs all surgical and non-surgical procedures himself. As a Board-Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon, he’s able to utilize his expertise to produce maximum results with minimal downtime for every patient that walks through his door.

Is There Any Downtime With Facial Wrinkles Treatment?

The amount of recovery you’ll need can vary significantly with the wide range of treatment options available for facial wrinkles. Facelift surgery can have 1-2 weeks of downtime, while injectable procedures such as Botox®, Dysport®, or hyaluronic fillers might not have any at all. Dr. Karolak will discuss every aspect of your upcoming procedure including projected results and recovery at the time of your initial consultation.
